Director of Client Services

Overview

We are looking for a Client Service Director who will be instrumental in nurturing strong, lasting partnerships with clients—while ensuring that marketing and creative projects are delivered with excellence.

You will be the crucial connection between our clients and our internal agency teams, translating vision into action, driving results, and maintaining open communication in both directions. From kick-off to delivery, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client relationships and a trusted leader across the agency. You will provide guidance to the team to drive performance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams to translate client vision into actionable plans.
• Lead and guide the team to ensure the successful execution of digital and traditional media campaigns and creative projects.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, clear communication, and ongoing strategic advisory.
• Drive results, monitor performance, and support professional development within the team.
• Maintain a hybrid-working approach in Wellington or Auckland as applicable.
