About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand , as part of the moomoo ANZ Client Success division.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving product adoption, and achieving upsell targets. You will develop strong client relationships, gather and relay valuable feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential client acquisition opportunities and build relationships with industry partners and channels.
Serve as the primary contact for moomoo ANZ’s priority clients in Auckland, maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular engagement.
Collaborate with operations, trading desks, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
