What your role and typical day might look like

At the core, this role provides leadership to a high performing team and strategic development of clients within your portfolio.

You'll be tasked with delivering a high-quality service, performance and return on investment across various campaigns as the chief problem solver and innovator for your clients.

Client Partners naturally lean on strong leadership skills, a growth / commercial mindset, are innovative in nature and over communicates to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals, deadlines and ideas.

In addition to providing world-class client service and media planning excellence, you'll uncover opportunities to expand our presence and offerings, support new business pitches and be a trusted partner to our clients while ensuring commercial viability.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial success by managing revenue and margin delivery across your client portfolio, identifying efficiencies, and supporting optimal contract structures.

Lead strategic growth through client development, satisfaction, and collaboration with senior leadership to expand services and ensure profitability.

Deliver client excellence by developing high-quality solutions aligned to client objectives and maintaining strong, strategic relationships that balance client needs with dentsu's capabilities.

Strengthen client partnerships through consistent relationship health checks, engagement tracking, and collaboration with leadership to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.

Inspire and lead by coaching high-performing teams, defining clear roles, supporting development plans, and swiftly addressing underperformance to drive results.

Champion talent and culture by solving client challenges collaboratively, aligning cross-functional expertise, and contributing to a people strategy that attracts and retains top talent.

Deliver integrated solutions by consistently leveraging data, analytics, and creative resources to build impactful, cross-functional campaign strategies.
