Motion Conveyance Solutions (Mcs) National Lightweight Sales Engineer

• Delivery of budgeted revenue, gross profit and market share targets.
• Create drive and monitor sales promotions that meet budgeted sales and profit results.

Participate in or manage key account negotiations, tenders, proposals.

• Customer & supplier relationships.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.

Work with sales and marketing, and direct with customers as required, to ensure excellent product knowledge and application.

• Operations & safety.
• Comply with the Motion Code of Conduct and follow policies and procedures to make sure everyone gets home safely every day.
• Support
• Provide sales support and conduct joint calls with the Motion Sales team.

Work collaboratively to deliver the best outcome for the Motion Team

• Workshop and Operational Alignment
• Work collaboratively with Motion Workshops to deliver superior outcomes for MCS customers
• Ideal skills & experience :
• 10+ years' experience in Light weight conveyance products
• Ability to apply technical skills in supporting the business requirements.
• Ability to use knowledge of the industry to understand customer needs & expectations.
• Experience in managing distribution and negotiating with distribution providers nationally.
• Have experience in developing operational and performance reporting.
• Be able to demonstrate strategic and commercial acuity through the achievement of improved Business performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and to a deadline.
• Other - strong collaborative skills, ability to develop and drive business plans, high level of customer focus.
