What you’ll do

This role will provide people partnership to our Ecommerce Operations, Store Support and Fresh Choice teams on their people plans, you will :

• Provide people partnership to our Ecommerce Operations, Store Support and Fresh Choice teams on their people plans, ensuring alignment with wider business goals
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including Operations and Support teams, to champion solutions that simplify processes and benefit our teams and customers
• Lead with a team and customer-centric approach to planning and prioritisation, driving continuous improvement
• Provide operational guidance and drive our people initiatives for store talent and capability plans, including our Better Together Operating Model
• Collaborate with retail and franchise business units to ensure effective communication and drive best practice outcomes
