Product Owner (CXO) Capability Lead

About the Role

Product Owner (CXO) Capability Lead at ASB Bank – we are looking for a passionate and experienced Capability Lead to drive enterprise-wide excellence among our Product Ownership (CXO) community through capability building initiatives and driving consistency and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Capability Building : Develop and implement structured frameworks, resources and learning pathways to support the growth and performance of CXO (Product Owners) and CXLs (CXO Leads).
• Performance Tracking : Ensure consistency and measurable uplift in CXO effectiveness and maturity across the enterprise.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain excellent relationships by partnering with leadership teams to ensure CXO / CXLs are empowered and able to deliver business value.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify gaps and implement strategies to support and train individuals through fostering a community of excellence.
