Norling Law is on a mission to be the premium dispute resolution firm of choice , and we know innovation isn’t optional. That’s why we’re searching for a Practice Innovation Lead to design, deliver, and embed smarter ways of working across our legal, administrative, and client service functions.

This is not a “keep the lights on” role. This is your chance to reimagine how a law firm operates and turn bold ideas into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Innovation : Hunt down bottlenecks, outdated workflows, and inefficiencies, and replace them with cutting-edge, tech-enabled solutions.
• Reimagine Operations : Map, redesign, and operationalise processes that enhance speed, clarity, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Upgrade Our Tech Stack : Ensure we get the most from our tools, integrate smarter systems, and eliminate duplication.
• Lead Change : Deliver engaging training, champion adoption, and turn innovation into an everyday habit.
• Measure Impact : Track, report, and celebrate wins—showing the tangible benefits of innovation across the firm.
