Committed to 'unlocking regenerative healing for everybody, Aroa's products make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, surgeons, and clinicians by delivering high quality, simple to use products that significantly improve healing outcomes.About the role : AROA Biosurgery is seeking a Global Product Manager to join our growing team in Auckland reporting to our Director of Marketing based in the US.

This role will be key in driving the global marketing strategy for one of our core product portfolios with a primary focus on the US market and a secondary focus on Rest of World.You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and content development to support our commercial goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role.

You'll work closely with teams that lead customer engagement, events, and surgeon training), as well as cross-functional teams across Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Product Development.

Other responsibilities include : Support the development of the global marketing strategy while leading the execution of strategic initiatives for the portfolioAlign marketing activity with broader business goals and regional nuancesSupport the refinement of product messaging and positioning to strengthen market presence.Create and manage promotional content (print, digital, web), ensuring alignment with strategyBuild strong working relationships across functions including Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Product teamsCoordinate marketing projects and campaigns from planning to executionMonitor competitor activity, market trends, and macro influencesProvide insights and recommendations to regional and global leadershipSupport regional marketing teams with campaign resources and toolsWhat We're Looking For : We're looking for a strategic and results driven marketer with 5+ years of product marketing experience in the Medical Device, Biotech, or pharmaceutical industries, (strong preference for Medical Device).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches.

A deep understanding of the US healthcare market is essential, along with experience tailoring marketing plans specifically for this environment.You'll need to be a clear and effective communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats, and comfortable working cross-functionally while managing multiple projects.The role requires some degree of flexibility with working hours to ensure partial overlap with our US-based team and the ability to travel to the US up to 2 times per year.What's in it for youBased in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of free parking available around our offices.
