As a Senior Manager with the Go-to-Market (Business Banking) team, you'll be at the heart of designing, communicating, and delivering innovative propositions that make a real difference for our customers and communities.

You will champion the customer voice and bring new ideas to life for our customers —from strategy and design through to launch and optimisation.

As an impactful and influential leader your capability in inspiring a cross functional team of stakeholders and orchestrating effective agile delivery will see value delivered to our customers sooner.

As part of a high-performing team, you will bring leadership, curiosity and mentorship to team members.

This is a permanent position based at ASB's North Wharf building in Wynyard Quarter, with some hybrid working.

With experience taking ideas from concept to delivery in a large, complex environment, you thrive on building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects that deliver measurable impact.

Whether your background is in strategy, product, marketing, or transformation, key to success in this role will be adaptability, curiosity, commerciality and communication.

You have a talent for purpose-driven storytelling and proven experience developing propositions that will deliver impact for customers and are feasible and viable, helping you gain support and action from diverse stakeholders.

You will be comfortable directly engaging with Senior Leadership.
