Overview

As a Senior Business Manager, you'll be a trusted day-to-day lead across a portfolio of clients.

This role is perfect for someone with strong core PR skills who's ready to step up : leading projects, managing clients with confidence, and mentoring junior team members - while still staying close to the craft.

You'll work across some of our most exciting and challenging campaigns, with the opportunity to produce award-winning, career-defining work.

This is a role that will stretch you creatively, strategically, and professionally, while giving you space to develop as a future leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of media and influencer engagement plans

Write and develop standout content for a range of mediums and audiences

Manage client relationships and lead day-to-day communications

Oversee campaign execution, reporting and analysis

Manage online communities and social channels where required

Mentor and support junior team members

Contribute to big creative ideas for campaigns and always-on activity

Qualifications

3–5 years' PR experience, ideally agency side

Strong client management skills and the ability to lead meetings with confidence

Demonstrated experience in media relations and influencer engagement

Proven ability to deliver creative campaigns with measurable results

Strong writing and content development skills across multiple formats

Collaborative, solutions-focused, and able to work seamlessly with diverse disciplines

Organised and detail-driven, with excellent time and project management skills
