This is a full-time role – 40 hours per week, with some flexibility.Key responsibilities : The role involves a mix of front-line customer interfacing and administrationEnd-to-end accounts payable / receivable processesSocial media creation, response, and audience developmentReconcile invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial recordsCollaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve queriesCustomer service and sales supportSupport service operations with administrative tasks and liaise with customers and the service team regarding work in progressSupport sales teams with post-sale follow-ups and documentation and vehicle documentationProcess new vehicle sales registrationsFlexibility of duties is paramount; there is a wide range of administrative tasks that could also accompany the roleAbout youSkills : proven experience in accounts payable / receivable or transferable financial administration skillsStrong competency in Microsoft 365 programs and ability to navigate CRM systemsA bright, articulate, and professional person with exceptional interpersonal skills, confident in front-line roles and detail-driven in administrative tasksBonus : motor industry experience (ideal but not essential)Qualifications and experience : minimum NCEA 2 or equivalentHigh standards of personal presentation and an engaging, warm style of communicationRemuneration and the opportunityRemuneration is attractive, with a warm, friendly company culture as a key benefit.
