Are you a polished and professional temp with strong travel booking experience and excellent front desk presence?

We're looking for a capable, confident individual to step into a full-service reception and travel coordination role for a busy Mt Albert-based organisation.This assignment is from Monday 6 October – Friday 7 November, 9am-5.30pmKey Responsibilities : Confidently manage all domestic travel arrangements, ideally with prior experience as a travel agent, airline booker, or similar.Front Desk CoverAnswering and directing incoming callsManaging mailOverseeing meeting rooms and general front-of-house dutiesWhat We're Looking For : Proven travel coordination experience – must understand the logistics of booking for othersPrevious reception / front desk experience – you understand the importance of a great first impressionProfessional presentation – smart dress standard required at all timesClear communication skills – articulate and confident when speaking with staff and visitorsSomeone who takes pride in delivering high service standardsThis is a fantastic short-term opportunity for a well-rounded, service-driven professional who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running.Or, for further information about this job, please contact : Natasha Fletcher Email :
