You\'ll partner closely with Head Office leaders to bring consistency, care, and clarity to everything we do.In this role, you\'ll : Lead and support our shared services team across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and collaboration across P&C Operations, Learning & Capability, and Talent Acquisition.Deliver people insights that matter, this role will lead a P&C / EHS Systems & Insights Analyst to provide accurate data, reporting, and trend analysis to support the GM People & Culture, EHS, and the wider team in making informed, people-focused decisions.Partner with senior leaders in our Corporate office to navigate complex ER matters with confidence, care, and sound judgment.Operationalize key initiatives from our GM People & Culture and Functional Heads, ensuring business-wide adoption and measurable impact.Work closely with our Regional P&C Managers to drive a connected, national approach sharing insights, aligning priorities, and delivering initiatives together as one P&C team.Build strong connections between Head Office and our sites, breaking down silos and sharing best practice across the business.Continuously improve how we deliver People services from workflows and systems to reporting and compliance.Requirements for roleProven experience in a senior People, HR, or Shared Services roleStrong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insightsA genuine interest in people and organisational culture, you understand what drives engagement and performanceConfident communicator who can present insights clearly to senior leadersCollaborative, down-to-earth style that builds trust and connection across teamsWhat makes you a great fit?
