About the role
Our People Team are looking for a well-rounded, collaborative and solutions oriented talent acquisition partner. This is no ordinary transactional recruitment gig; you will have full license to own the talent acquisition process and end to end recruitment for clinician and non-clinician roles. You’ll partner closely with our HR and Marketing teams to ensure our employee value proposition is front and centre — sharing our story in a way that attracts exceptional people from both New Zealand and around the world. You’ll also play a key role in evolving how we attract, engage, and nurture clinician talent through a thoughtful and forward-looking recruitment approach built on strong pipelines and campaigns.
About you
With a passion for building long-term relationships and strong leadership capability in your area of specialty, you’ll bring proven success using creative recruitment and sourcing approaches to fill niche roles — and you won’t be deterred by longer times to hire. You’re known for being hands-on and detail-oriented — someone who takes ownership of every part of the recruitment process, from crafting contracts to managing your own admin, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike. Ideally, you’ll have worked in an internal recruitment environment, where you’ve developed a deep understanding of partnering across teams, balancing priorities, and delivering both the strategic and day-to-day aspects of recruitment.
