Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist

As our Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist you will be joining our team in Auckland on a 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage, attract, recruit and onboard early talent to EY's graduate and undergraduate programmes.
This role is based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs.
Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact no matter what the outcome, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Auckland, cultivating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders
Maintain value led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
Lead and present at a large number of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables.
Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with programme development, learning design and facilitation.
What we look for
To be considered for this role you must have :
Previous talent acquisition experience.
A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and / or experience with high volume hiring.
Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Complex and creative problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learning
