Overview
Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist role at EY. The successful candidate will join our Auckland team on a 12 month contract to engage, attract, recruit and onboard early talent to EY’s graduate and undergraduate programmes.
This role is based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about possible options.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
- Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition with DE&I embedded in processes and programs
- Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with timely updates and inquiries handled
- Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Auckland and cultivate strong internal relationships
- Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
- Lead and present at internal and external events (inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables) and deploy in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with programme development, learning design and facilitation
