OverviewGroup Talent Acquisition AdvisorWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Auckland team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

This role will support our busy and dynamic Talent Acquisition function during a peak delivery period, helping us maintain exceptional service across the business while contributing to key team initiatives.If your professional aspiration is to specialise in recruitment (talent acquisition) in a business where your collaborative team approach will be valued, we are keen to talk with you.

Overall, You Can Expect To

Deliver a positive candidate experience through screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, and managing pre-employment checks.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to manage trans-Tasman recruitment processes.

Contribute to projects such as graduate and intern recruitment, talent pipeline development, and social media campaigns.

Support end-to-end recruitment and advise Hiring Managers on best practices.

The scope will reflect the enthusiasm you bring and your initiative to proactively engage with the team to achieve our goal of securing amazing talent for the business.

You'll be part of a global Beca People and Culture (P&C) team incorporating generalist business partnering, organisational development, learning and development, employment relations, remuneration and technology teams.
