About the Role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support recruitment activities, help find great talent, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and managers. You will gain valuable experience while working closely with our senior recruitment team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job adverts and managing candidate applications
- Screen CVs and help shortlist suitable candidates
- Arrange interviews and support communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct Mandarin and English language assessments when needed
- Maintain recruitment data and assist with reporting
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture while learning in a fast-moving business environment
Skills and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spokenStrong organizational and time management skillsGood communication skills with an interest in people and teamworkAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasksBasic understanding of recruitment or HR is an advantage, but full training will be providedEnthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learnWhy Join EC Markets?
