As a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support recruitment activities, help find great talent, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and managers. You will gain valuable experience while working closely with our senior recruitment team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job adverts and managing candidate applications
• Screen CVs and help shortlist suitable candidates
• Arrange interviews and support communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct Mandarin and English language assessments when needed
• Maintain recruitment data and assist with reporting
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture while learning in a fast-moving business environment
