We have confirmed our staffing for 2026 and are excited to announce two vacancies within our team.

We work from hubs, based at Papatoetoe Intermediate School.

We are seeking experienced RTLB or skilled teachers who are keen to become RTLB and use their knowledge and expertise to support educators in building inclusive practice. This is an energetic and rewarding role that involves travelling between schools as an itinerant practitioner, working collaboratively to strengthen learning support across our cluster.

At Cluster 10, we are passionate about working alongside teachers and schools to nurture student success through responsive learning support and the development of inclusive classroom practices.

Qualifications and requirements

• Have New Zealand teaching experience and a strong background in literacy and numeracy
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Are collaborative, reflective, and committed to a strengths-based approach
• A recognised teaching degree (to meet Massey University’s entry requirements for the Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching).
• Full NZ Teacher Registration and the right to work in New Zealand Please note : applicants who are provisionally registered are not eligible to apply
