You'll be a natural people-person and be confident in building great connections with colleagues and stakeholders while making chaos look choreographed. Because Talent Acquisition is not just about filling seats but building teams and turning vacancies into value. You'll will bring :

• At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment such as recruitment, administration or sales
• Experience using the full Microsoft suite & be computer savvy
• The ability to multi-task effectively and pivot to support volume recruitment drives when necessary
• An understanding of DE&I and cultural competencies
• Previous hospitality, tourism or retail industry experience would be an advantage

You'll have a pro-active approach, a positive energy and be excited to make a real impact in our team.
