HR Advisor - 4 Month Fixed Term Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a motivated and organised HR Advisor to support our team during a busy and exciting period. This is a fixed-term role for 4 months, where you’ll play a key part in delivering people-related initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, change, and general HR support.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at our Head Office on Montgomerie Road, Māngere. While some flexibility is available, the nature of the role requires a strong onsite presence to effectively support our managers and candidates.

How you will contribute :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the business, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and support the implementation of effective onboarding processes for new employees.
• Assist the HR team with change initiatives and contribute to the delivery of key HR projects.
• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to provide timely, practical, and effective HR support and solutions.
