Project Coordinator

About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a major transformation project within a large, fast-paced organisation.

This 12-month contract will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to keep activity moving and projects on track.You'll be coordinating project schedules, governance forums, reporting, and communications, while helping to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of project delivery and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.In This Role, You WillSupport the day-to-day coordination of projects and governance activitiesManage project schedules, documentation, reporting, and key communicationsAssist with project financials and tracking deliverablesUse tools like SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and PPM to support deliveryCollaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely deliveryWhat we're looking forAt least 5 years' experience coordinating complex projects in large organisationsSolid understanding of delivery frameworks, governance, and project financialsConfident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and able to work independentlyExperience working in Agile environments is an advantageApply NowHere at Tribe, we're currently experiencing a very high volume of applications, so it may take us a little longer than usual to get back to you.
