BEUMER Group New Zealand is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of automation and infrastructure projects at Auckland Airport.
This foundational role is key to ensuring smooth coordination, timely reporting, and stakeholder alignment across our dynamic project environment.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support to project teams, helping to manage administrative tasks and maintain effective communication between stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include
Assisting in the planning and
scheduling of project activities
Tracking project progress
and providing regular updates to team members
Maintaining project documentation
, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
Coordinating meetings
, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure smooth communication
Supporting budget preparation and
monitoring project expenses
Identifying and
resolving administrative issues
impacting project performance
Liaising with logistics teams for
delivery coordination
Supporting departments with
parts-related queries and documentation
Conducting
periodic stocktakes
and reconciling discrepancies
Ensuring compliance
with organisational policies and procedures throughout project phases

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a technically capable and proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and brings some, or all the following :
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Certification in project management
(e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation), working towards
1 year of experience
in a similar role, preferably in project coordination or administrative support
Experience working in
cross-functional teams
Exposure to
international or global projects
is desirable
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Basic knowledge of
project management methodologies
Ability to prepare and analyse
project documentation
Basic

and budgeting skills
