We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Special Projects – Wind Division for a fixed-term role from January

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project scope, transport, crane, and installation crew requirements

Review subcontractor claims, prepare variations, and support payment processes

Assist with scheduling, programme updates, and reporting

Manage project documentation, QA records, and progress tracking

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner

Support Health and Safety compliance and contribute to a positive safety culture

Maintain accurate project documents & reporting

Provide direct support to the Site Manager and Contracts Manager with tasks as required to ensure effective project coordination

What you'll bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or coordination (construction, wind farm, or similar industries preferred)

Exceptional organisational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a methodical and thorough approach to documentation and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and consistent collaboration across teams

Proactive "can do" attitude, able to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards under pressure

Full NZ driver's licence, with the ability to meet pre-employment drug, alcohol, and medical requirements
