We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Special Projects – Wind Division for a fixed-term role from January 2026 to July 2026 . Be part of New Zealand’s sustainable future by supporting our upcoming Windfarm Project in Dargaville.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope, transport, crane, and installation crew requirements
• Review subcontractor claims, prepare variations, and support payment processes
• Assist with scheduling, programme updates, and reporting
• Manage project documentation, QA records, and progress tracking
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner
• Support Health and Safety compliance and contribute to a positive safety culture
• Maintain accurate project documents & reporting
• Provide direct support to the Site Manager and Contracts Manager with tasks as required to ensure effective project coordination
