We collect, analyse and assess intelligence to protect New Zealand from threats such as foreign interference, espionage and terrorism.

In this role you will bring your strong relationship management and advisory skills to work as part of a collegiate and joined up PSR Unit providing protective security advice to a range of New Zealand government and non-government entities.While your day-to-day will see you helping our customers to strengthen resilience to threats through improved protective security capability and maturity, you may also contribute to other key PSR work streams, including lifting awareness of the foreign interference and espionage threat in New Zealand, and building protective security capability in the Pacific region.

We provide on-the-job training to help you become a protective security subject matter expert.We are looking for versatile team players with the drive, skill and commitment to achieve customer service excellence through the provision of expert and effective protective security advice.

This role may also require you to travel overseas from time to time to deliver Pacific capability building activities.
