At the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) | Te Tira Tiaki, our mission is to protect and enhance Aotearoa New Zealand's security and wellbeing. We provide Signals Intelligence and Cyber Security and resilience to organisations of national significance to successfully navigate in an unpredictable world.
GCSB seeks an enthusiastic compliance advisor to help ensure its important work is done properly and lawfully. You will be part of a small team providing advice and support to operational teams to ensure they are able to do what they need to do within proper boundaries. Your work is central to ensuring public trust and confidence in GCSB's activities to protect national security and keep New Zealand safe.
This work can be complex and challenging. To be successful, you will need to be a team player and prepare advice on compliance matters raised by real situations in GCSB's unique work. You will need a principled and practical approach to your work. You\'ll also need to be resilient, able to prioritise and to contribute constructively and work collaboratively, offering solutions to problems as well as identifying them.
