What you’ll do
- Ensure compliance with NZ Building Code, consent conditions, and client specifications.
- Translate specialist reports (fire, seismic, structural, electrical) into clear action plans.
- Oversee compliance documentation : as-builts, O&M manuals, registers, certifications.
- Support project teams, subcontractors, and vendors with compliance requirements.
- Lead handover processes, inspections, and client packs.
- Drive continuous improvement across projects.
