We are seeking an exceptional Service Desk Analyst to join beloved NZ organisation making a difference to Kiwis every day.

The role involves providing phone, email and in-person support to over 4000 medical and corporate users across New Zealand.

What we are looking for
Experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role
Level 1.5 or Level 2 support (minimum 3 years' experience)
Supporting large enterprise or public sector environments
Phone, email and face-to-face troubleshooting experience
Experience being on-call (shared within the SD team)
Healthcare IT experience?
That's a big plus.
Top-tier customer service and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
A calm, professional approach — even under pressure
Tech stack and tools
Microsoft 365 tools – Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Active Directory – On-prem, Azure AD, hybrid environments
VPNs, MFA, Group Policies
Printers, RDS, Adobe, desktop hardware troubleshooting
PowerShell – basic understanding of scripting + willingness to learn more
ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
Bonus Points
Ability to participate in "exceptional banter"
MS licensing knowledge
Vendor escalation experience
Exposure to cyber security provisioning
