Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and targets.
• Planning and forecasting sales volumes and revenue. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and staying informed about competitor activities.
• Tracking sales performance metrics and KPIs. Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Leading negotiations with major clients, closing high-value deals, and ensuring profitable outcomes.
• Working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Preparing regular reports and updates for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Contributing to strategic planning initiatives and aligning sales efforts with long-term business goals.
