Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and targets.

Planning and forecasting sales volumes and revenue.

Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and staying informed about competitor activities.

Tracking sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Leading negotiations with major clients, closing high-value deals, and ensuring profitable outcomes.

Working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Preparing regular reports and updates for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Contributing to strategic planning initiatives and aligning sales efforts with long-term business goals.
