What You\'ll Be Doing

Manage a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants

Conduct property inspections - routine, entry, and exit

Organise and oversee maintenance requests, quotes, and work orders

Collaborate with our Letting Agent to market properties and fill vacancies

Screen applicants, negotiate terms and agreements, and ensure compliance

Support the Business Development Manager with appraisals and onboarding new properties

What We\'re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have :

Experience in property management and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Superb organisation and time management - able to multitask with ease

Tech-savviness - comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and able to learn new applications quickly

A high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity

A proactive, problem-solving mindset - ability to think on your feet

A sense of humour and resilience - property management can be challenging, but we tackle it with a positive attitude!

A clean, full driver\'s license
