Property Manager

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced property manager, who can hit the ground running in this short-term temporary contract.

This is a small team, who work together to solve problems and deliver to deadlines.

This team looks after property, facilities management as well as finances, in-house.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who will fit into a social, motivated team with experience in the commercial sector.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial properties based in Wellington, Upper and Lower Hutt and PoriruaAssist with facilities management, organising contractors and acting as first point of contactAdhoc administrative support to renovation projects as requiredNegotiate lease settlements, assist with managing BWOFs, property complianceGeneral customer contact and relationship buildingQualifications / We Are Looking For5+ years experience working in commercial property and facilities managementStrong knowledge of the property and facilities sector, with a good ability to operate sole-chargeAn ability to hit the ground running in a short-term assignmentAvailable to start immediately and work for at least three months with no holidaysHow to ApplyIf you are interested, please APPLY NOW!
