OverviewAssemble are proud to be working with a leading Education Provider in the heart of Wellington on their search for a Facilities Manager.A highly autonomous role within their FM team, you would be assigned a property portfolio charged with ensuring all assets are maintained to a high standard.

A great opportunity for a property professional to further their career within a team passionate about delivering first-in-class service.Key objectiveThe key objective of this role is to ensure the properties in the portfolio are fit for purpose and all issues are resolved quickly, ensuring best-in-class service to the tenants occupying the properties.ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of both hard and soft FM services, ensuring all contractor work is undertaken to a high standardLiaise with clients directly on all FM activities, responding to queries in a timely mannerEnsure the BWoF schedule is adhered to and monitoring compliance across the portfolio.Effectively managing the budgeting requirements across the portfolio, inclusive of both OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.Supporting contractor management processes, including insurance and health and safety documentation across the business.Work with the wider property team to ensure all asset related data is accurateRole RequirementsTertiary qualification, ideally in property / facilities management or trade qualified3+ years facilities management experienceStrong customer service ethic and stakeholder management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyHighly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlinesStrong verbal and written communicationThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a Property team with a great culture, working across a notable portfolio.
