Handle inspections, insurance claims and risk mitigation proactively.Business GrowthIdentify and onboard new property management opportunities.Help grow our Wellington portfolio through investor engagement.Collaborate with marketing on property promotions.Build networks and stay across local property trends.What You'll BringExperience managing 100+ properties in a residential portfolio.Deep understanding of property compliance and the RTA.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Full New Zealand driver's license (essential).
