Overview

This role leads the development and execution of property strategy, contract management, and investment planning, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The role also involves managing operational relationships with landlords, overseeing condition assessments, and using data analytics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact position requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering value, compliance, and sustainability across the property portfolio.

About You

You will bring a strong background in property operations, strategic procurement, and asset lifecycle management. Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in property and contract management within a complex, multi-site environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance planning, and condition assessments.
• Proven experience in developing and executing assessment management plans and capital works programming.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in property and asset management software, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-level reports and present to senior leadership.
