Solicitor - Commercial Property

The Client :

Our client is a leading firm, with an excellent commercial property team. The team is busy and passionate, with a strong reputation in the market. Having serviced a high-profile client base since, the volume of work is large. As a result, they now have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join the team.

About the Opportunity :

The successful candidate will have had an excellent start in their property practice, with strong technical training to hit the ground running, managing high-level, high-quality commercial property matters. You will work closely with Partners across a range of files. You will also be entrusted with managing significant clients who have long-term development projects.

The work is of high calibre, so this role would suit an ambitious solicitor who is keen to thrive in the commercial property space.

About You :

• 3+ years\' PQE and a demonstrated expertise and understanding of commercial property transactions.
• Ability to take on a degree of responsibility from day one.
• Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the success of the wider team.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
