Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of areas including commercial property, business transactions, and Maori Land.

The successful candidate will have the chance to build relationships with quality clients, contribute to meaningful projects, and benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities.What you'll do : Representing landlords and property owners in commercial property matters.Managing residential, commercial, and rural property transactions.Specialising in rural property, particularly within the kiwifruit sector.Overseeing the sale and purchase of businesses and shares.Advising on business structuring, with an emphasis on shareholder agreements and succession planning.Handling subdivisions, including private, commercial, and industrial developments.Engaging in Local Authority matters.Specialising in commercial activities and property transactions involving Maori Land.What you bring : NZ-qualified lawyer with over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
