Simpson Grierson, one of New Zealand’s leading law firms, is on the hunt for an experienced corporate / commercial lawyer to join our Wellington office. Our busy, dynamic corporate / commercial national practice group operates across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The role offers the chance to work on high‑profile, market‑leading work such as significant M&A projects, capital raisings, joint ventures, public takeovers, private equity transactions, and infrastructure, transport and energy sector projects—including large‑scale renewable energy developments and commercial contracting for a range of public and private sector clients.
