Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking a capable and resourceful Senior Contract Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management team.

You'll be embedded in a collaborative team and will act as a trusted advisor, representing Supply Chain Management in high-level project and contract reviews.

We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.What You'll DoDevelop and implement effective contracting strategies.Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Support the Supply Chain Manager with subcontracting strategies and planning.Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documentation.Lead contract formation and post-award contract administration, including variations, claims, payments, and performance management.Interface directly with clients, suppliers, and contractors to develop robust commercial packages.Monitor and report on cost and schedule impacts related to procurement activities.Identify and manage commercial risks and support project teams with contractual correspondence.Maintain accurate registers, documentation, and templates.What You'll HaveA university degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in full lifecycle procurement – from enquiry to contract award and post-award management.Strong understanding of FIDIC, NZS
