Having access to unique talent, training, and resources - the Wellington office is focused on learning and development of its lawyers' skillsets.

Due to ongoing delivery of back-to-back results in the sector, they are now looking to expand in appointing an experienced lawyer to be situated within their corporate / commercial team.

About the Role

The work is challenging, fast paced, and varied.

Your work week could consist of collaborating with a variety of clients who have needs concerning regulatory compliance, corporate governance and structuring, joint ventures, branding, and raising capital, or managing complex business transactions.

What You Will Bring

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience with high-level exposure to complex corporate / commercial work.

You will have a strong suit of knowledge and experience - with the ability to pass it down through mentorship of others in the firm.

Outside of your technical skillset, you will be confident with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have the knack for building meaningful client relationships and motivation to become the most successful version of yourself in your legal career.
