About You

You will bring a strong background in property operations, strategic procurement, and asset lifecycle management.

Minimum 7–10 years' experience in property and contract management within a complex, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.

Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance planning, and condition assessments.

Proven experience in developing and executing assessment management plans and capital works programming.

Advanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance reporting.

Proficiency in property and asset management software, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-level reports and present to senior leadership.
