Facilities Manager

Overview

Assemble are proud to be working with a leading Education Provider in the heart of Wellington on their search for a Facilities Manager.

A highly autonomous role within their FM team, you would be assigned a property portfolio charged with ensuring all assets are maintained to a high standard. A great opportunity for a property professional to further their career within a team passionate about delivering first-in-class service.

Key objective

The key objective of this role is to ensure the properties in the portfolio are fit for purpose and all issues are resolved quickly, ensuring best-in-class service to the tenants occupying the properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of both hard and soft FM services, ensuring all contractor work is undertaken to a high standard
• Liaise with clients directly on all FM activities, responding to queries in a timely manner
• Ensure the BWoF schedule is adhered to and monitoring compliance across the portfolio.
• Effectively managing the budgeting requirements across the portfolio, inclusive of both OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
• Supporting contractor management processes, including insurance and health and safety documentation across the business.
• Work with the wider property team to ensure all asset related data is accurate
