You'll be the go-to expert for lifecycle asset planning across our regional facilities, making sure investment plans are smart, forward-thinking, and in line with regulatory standards.

This role is central to ensuring our buildings and environments support safe and efficient rail operations across the country.

Working closely with regional managers, project teams, and compliance experts, you'll provide insight and leadership on everything from budgeting to scheduling — with a sharp focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.We're looking for someone who brings a mix of technical skills and collaborative leadership, including :
