Starting salary of $79,324 per annum with work vehicle, phone, and laptop
Supporting the Horowhenua / Kapiti / Mana region
Full time role, office based in Paraparaumu

We are looking for a real 'people' person, to build strong relationships with the people we support and their whānau. You will identify individual needs and determine how these can best be achieved. This is meaningful work where you can be creative and make every day interesting in ways that really make a difference in people's lives.

You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Support Workers to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support. We are looking for someone with the passion and expertise to coach and develop the skills within their team of Support Workers.

Previous management experience within the Health and Disability sector

Strong people management experience, leading a team of people to achieve the best outcomes

Relevant technical experience e.g. rostering, budgets, service planning and risk management

Demonstrated awareness, sensitivity and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi

Computer skills, including MS Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly

We provide 24 / 7 services all year round, and the ability to participate in the on-call roster is essential to the delivery of our services

A full NZ drivers' licence
