An opportunity has arisen, and we are now looking for a Team Manager to lead our dedicated Facilities Operators!

Responsibilities

Lead the team of Facilities Operators and actively support them to ensure their success while exceeding our clients' expectations.

Oversee the daily duties of Facilities Operators, including cleaning public bathrooms, BBQs, bus stops, drinking fountains, and bin / rubbish collection.

Use leadership skills to build a cohesive team focused on excellence and pride in their work.

Who We Are Looking For / Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in the same industry.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Strong planning and organizational abilities to coordinate and manage workloads and staff rosters.

Strong computer and administrative skills for recruitment, onboarding, training, timesheet management, and annual leave approval.

A positive attitude toward safety and a commitment to upholding company health and safety policies.

A current class 1 driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
