This role balances hands-on project management with stakeholder engagement to enhance facilities and services across Te Awakairangi / Lower Hutt.ResponsibilitiesManage small to medium-sized facilities projects across Lower Hutt, from initiation to completionPlan, schedule, monitor budgets and timeframes; ensure delivery within scope and quality standardsMonitor risks and develop mitigation strategiesCollaborate with contractors, consultants, and Council teams to achieve shared outcomesUphold health and safety practices and ensure compliance with Council policies and relevant legislationContribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure alignment with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) frameworkAbout YouThis role is for someone who enjoys delivering meaningful outcomes for both the organisation and the community.
