Looking for a great Sous Chef role? We have a fantastic fixed term (3 - 4 months) opportunity in a great environment at The Good Home, Lincoln Road, Henderson.

We areseeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our talented team, which consists of passionate individuals dedicated to providing unparalleled hospitality experiences. They are part of a supportive and inclusive workplace which values their contribution to the team.

This is a full time (fixed term, 3 - 4 months)position working a minimum of 35rostered hours per week. Flexibility is key with the ability to be available for late night and weekend shifts.

The Role

• Master the art of ingredient preparation, minimising waste and maximise efficiency
• Create each menu item with precision, adhering to dish specifications to ensure an explosion of flavours with every bite
• Elevate customer experience to new heights, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding The Trusts brand
• Turn challenges into opportunities and expertly manage customer feedback with a focus on continuous improvement
• Take charge of prep lists, guaranteeing seamless service execution
• Play a pivitol role in managing key kitchen ratios, ensuring a well-oiled culinary machine
• Be involved with stocktaking and menu development
• Assist with the training of team members in menu item production and cutting-edge techniques
• Assume the role of Head Chef in their absence
