What we offer :

Full-time permanent role s - 30 minimum guaranteed work hour per week

The rate of pay or salary : $ 26.00 / hr  - $30.00 / hr before tax  depending on depending on backgrounds and experience

About the role

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Vietnamese cuisine and hands-on experience in its preparation. They should be adept at working on the hotline and display flexibility with scheduling, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. Successful applicants will be driven, thrive in a high-energy kitchen environment, and have a true passion for crafting beloved dishes.

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the recipes and standards of Kitchen
• Handle high quality ingredients with the best culinary knowledge in preparation and cooking
• Engage in the creation and development of new dishes and menus.
• Coordinate with other Chef to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
• Manage and training any kitchen assistant working with you
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the section during service times.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure a smooth workflow, a positive work environment, and effective solutions to any issues or challenges.
• Quality and Hygiene Control
• Inventory and Ordering
• Keep your work areas, equipment, and the kitchen consistently organized, sanitized, and spotless.
• Uphold the best endeavour during your work hour
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
