As the Commercial Business Partner, you will be a senior leader at Endeavour principally responsible for ensuring they are delivering on their strategy through sound commercial decision making.
You will play a key role partnering with executive and senior leaders across the business to ensure they have the financial tools, visibility and perspective to make good decisions and drive the business forward.
This will require not only attention to detail and financial acumen but also personal initiative, an inquisitive nature and the ability to dive in and out of detail effectively.
You will be a strategic financially focused partner to the General Manager and wider SLT, ensuring their financial visibility enables them to make good decisions and unlock growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Own the TM1 (IBM Planning & Analytics) environment for forecasting, budgeting and internal reporting
Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights that drive performance and accountability
Deliver monthly analysis on sales, margins and key initiatives
Support pricing, contract negotiations and trading term reviews
Develop financial models to assess profitability and investment opportunities
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and 3-year strategic planning processes
Drive process improvement, benchmarking and commercial efficiency
Support due diligence and integration of new business acquisitions
About You
CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 5–8 years' commercial finance experience
Strong background in FMCG, consumer goods or a complex multi-channel business
Advanced analytical skills with deep TM1 and Power BI capability
Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes
Inquisitive, commercially astute and confident operating at both detail and strategic levels
